Although I had never met Karen, when it came time to sell, I knew who I wanted to work with. Karen’s 30 years of diligent correspondence had given me insight to her work ethics, and at the top of that list was hard working!  Karen not only helped with what improvements were needed to bring the value back, but gave me a list of companies she knew did excellent work. I was not disappointed, and the property sold in 4 days.
