I've known Karen for more than sixteen years as a friend.  In 1997, I asked her to help me sell my home and later to find a great house for me at a perfect price. SHE DID! And then several years ago, when my son Andy got married she helped him and his wife buy their first condo.  It was so incredible to watch her style and patience as she taught them about the real estate market. They learned so much.  Since then, the kids bought my house from me and sold their condo to Andy's sister. 

I have seen Karen at her finest hour of negotiating, when my seller gave notice that she was backing out of a twenty-five day escrow over Christmas on day 20.  All I can say is Karen looks sweet and small, but she had that seller's knees shaking and in full agreement to continue escrow.  Her expertise, ethics and experience all come together.
