My husband and I have always dreamed of being homeowners; we never thought in a million years that we would be able to find a home and navigate the trials of escrow easily.  However, I can say that by working with Karen Quinn and her team of professionals, it was a smoother experience than we thought! Karen worked with us every step of the way and was always encouraging.  She listened to my needs and my husbands and did the best she could to find a home that was right for us.  She provided us with tools to look on our own, a broker that could answer all of our questions and the time we needed to choose.  When we were working with Karen we felt like family; she provided us with recommendations for a handyman, flooring (Chuck Perea is AMAZING!) and a painter.   I appreciated how she made herself available every step of the way and even guided us towards resources that would help when she wasn't sure.  

 When we had finally closed escrow, she still maintained communication with us and didn't just disappear as some realtors do.  We ran into big time problems with our Home Owners Association.  We received a Cease and Desist letter before we even moved in!! Mostly due to miscommunication, gossip and some horribly out of date CC&Rs, but regardless of the reason, Karen was there.  She provided us with her insight, advice, and guidance on the matter.  When that failed to appease the HOA and their lovely property manager, Karen referred us to a Property Lawyer.  His advice led us to a solution, and now we are comfortably living in our new home.  I would recommend Karen to everyone I know, including my grandma!  She is extremely professional, knows her stuff and makes you feel like family.  I am so thankful for Karen, her team and every person she referred us to.
