I am thankful for all the effort Karen put into selling my late mother's home in Mission Viejo. This was a very trying time for me and she made it much less stressful. Since I live on the East coast I was unable to attend to the property in person.  Karen went the extra mile to attend to affairs that would normally be my responsibility. These included assuring that the entrances to the home was protected against the deluge of rain that was recently experienced there, among numerous other smaller tasks on my behalf.  I feel like I have been very fortunate to have had you as my real estate agent.
